Concerned about Seasickness? Maybe It’s Worth It

Many people who book a cruise, especially a small ship cruise, for the first time, show concern over sea sickness. For most of the popular destinations, like Alaska, Baja Mexico and Central America, this is not a concern.

Crossing Drake’s Passage, between the southern tip of South America to Antarctica, is one of the roughest crossing known to cruisers. But ask those who have returned from experiencing Antarctica’s splendor, and they’ll tell you “it’s the price for admission.”
